Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and a few setbacks. The rooms were spotless and had a huge lounge/dining room, but we had some issues with the window that affected our sleep quality. The service was attentive, especially for our anniversary, but there were some missed follow-ups on certain issues. The location was perfect, right in the heart of shops and restaurants, though it was not as quiet as expected. The dining experience was of a very good standard, offering a variety of Western options, and the facilities were well-equipped for a pleasant stay.
I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms need a bit of attention to match their past standard, but they come with nice extras like fresh oranges and an electric juicer. The view over the city from my room was fantastic. However, it did get quite warm due to the windows that couldn't be opened. I would definitely return for another stay.
Staying at this hotel was beyond what I expected. The rooms were fantastic, with amazing views of the city, very comfy, clean, and well-furnished. I loved the little touches like games, books, and fresh milk in the fridge, and the oranges provided for breakfast added a nice touch. However, the location was a bit challenging to find, especially when driving up to the entrance, and it felt somewhat judgmental at times. Overall, a great stay with some minor inconveniences.
